Garlic paste

Red chili powder

Tomato Ketchup

Chicken Jalfrezi is a famous and delicious Pakistani recipe. It is soft hot chicken curry recipe, richly flavored with capsicum and onion.

You can enjoy its best taste with rice, Paratha as wel as with chapatti or naan.

COOKING METHOD

  1. Marinate chicken pieces with chili powder, salt, chili sauce, black pepper and ketchup for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a Deep Pan.
  3. Cook garlic paste with tomatoes for 5 minutes.
  4. Add marinated chicken, cook till chicken is done and oil starts to float.
  5. In a frying pan heat oil, fry cubed capsicum and onion for 2 minutes till soft.
  6. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, fry and slice in cubes.
  7. Add fried capsicum, onion and omelet cubes to cooked chicken.
  8. Garnish with chopped coriander and green chilies.
