Chicken Handi Recipe

Chicken handi is my most favorite dish; it’s one of the most popular dishes of Pakistan and India. It also served in Food Street of Pakistan with unique taste.

Today we are sharing the recipe in three different languages English, Urdu and Hindi with step by step guide line and full ingredients details, with video also.

it is a quick and simple to prepare dish. Its yummy and delicious recipe.

COOKING METHOD

  1. Heat up the oil in a wok, karhai or handi, on medium temperature.
  2. Add the cardamom, coriander and cumin seeds.
  3. Once they pop, add the onions and stir fry until brown.
  4. Add the ginger, garlic paste and cook until the rare smell of the garlic and ginger leaves the pan.
  5. Add the tomatoes and cook until soft and oil starts to rise to the top.
  6. Next add the chicken, salt, red chilli and garam masala powder.
  7. Stir it until chicken is semi cooked.
  8. Add dried metthi and yoghurt
  9. Serve garnished with chopped coriander, green chillis and ginger
