(لال مرچ ﴿پسی ہوئی

(لال مرچ ﴿کُٹی ہوئی

چاٹ مصالحہ

نمک

Chana Chaat Recipe – Full of Taste and Love

chana chaat is a spicy potato and chickpea snack famous in mostly in Asian Countries and the peoples of Pakistan and India Like its most. we are sharing two recipes of chana chaat both in English, Urdu and Hindi . It’s very easy to make and is a favorite tasty treat of mine. This recipe involves marinating boiled potatoes, chickpeas and Onions in spices to make a great savory snack.

Method 2 of Chana Chaat in English

Ingredients:-

  • 2 cups Boiled Chickpeas
  • 2 cups Potatoes boiled peeled and cubed in small pieces
  • 1.5 tablespoon Ginger Finely grated
  • 2.5 teaspoons Green Chili finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon roasted Cumin Seed powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mango Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped Cilantro

Method:-

  1. Wash and dry the whole green chilies.
  2. Heat a small frying pan on low medium heat, add the oil and green chilies, and cover the pan.
  3. Shake the pan slowly to move the chilies around.
  4. Notes: it is important to keep the pan cover chilies will splatter.
  5. Cook the chilies for about 2 minutes turn off the heat, wait till it stop splattering and remove the lid chilies should be light brown if it is not cook for another minute.
  6. Remove and keep aside.
  7. Place chickpeas in a bowl and lightly mash.
  8. Add the potatoes and all the ingredients ginger, green chili, red pepper, salt, black salt, black pepper, mango powder, sugar, roasted cumin powder, lemon juice, and cilantro.
  9. Mix it well.
  10. Serve the aloo chana chat with side of tomatoes, fried green peppers and lemon wedges.

COOKING METHOD

  1. ایک پیالے میں کابلی چنے، آلو ، ہری مرچ، پیاز، لیموں کا رس، چینی، زیرہ، پسی لال مرچ ڈال کر مکس کریں۔
  2. ایک پیالے میں کٹی لال مرچ، چاٹ مصالحہ، نمک، ٹماٹر اور ہرا دھنیا ڈال کر مکس کریں۔
  3. اب اس پر ہرا دھنیا، املی کی چٹنی اور پاپڑی ڈال کر سرو کریں۔
